LiftLog ("we", "our", or "the app") is a workout logging application developed by Hadi Alharbi. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

By using LiftLog, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

LiftLog is designed with a privacy-first approach. The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Workout sessions (exercises, sets, weights, reps, dates, and duration)
• Custom workout templates
• Saved exercise names for autocomplete
• App preferences (language, onboarding status)

This data is never automatically uploaded to any server. It remains entirely on your device unless you choose to export it manually.

LiftLog uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — Used to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymized subscription status, app version, and device model. No personal information such as your name, email, or payment details is shared with RevenueCat by LiftLog. For more information, visit RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple In-App Purchase — All payment processing is handled securely by Apple. LiftLog does not have access to your payment information.

All workout data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and passcode protection.

When you create a backup (.liftlog file), the data is exported locally and includes a SHA-256 checksum for integrity verification. Backup files are not uploaded anywhere automatically.

You can export your workout data in the following formats:

• CSV (spreadsheet format)
• PDF (printable report)
• Full backup (.liftlog file)

All exports are initiated by you and saved locally. We do not have access to your exported files.

LiftLog is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app does not require account creation or any personal data input.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can:

• Export your data at any time
• Delete all data within the app's settings
• Delete all data by uninstalling the app

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
